🖼️ Production of Our Products
All products are made individually to order. Production begins only after payment has been confirmed.
Typical production times are:
Art prints & posters: approx. 2–4 business days
Canvas prints: approx. 7 business days
Handcrafted frames: may require additional time
Other product types: approx. 2–5 business days
During periods of high demand (e.g. holidays), production times may be slightly extended.
Production is carried out in cooperation with local Berlin print studios as well as selected international partners to ensure consistent quality and a wide selection of formats and materials.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times
Once production is completed, orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as DHL, DPD, or UPS.
Delivery times after production are estimated as follows:
Germany: approx. 3–7 business days
International orders (outside Germany): approx. 7–14 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on delivery address, product type, production location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
➡️ The actual delivery status is determined by the tracking information provided after dispatch via email.
📦 Split Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are produced at different locations.
Customers will not incur additional shipping costs for split shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.
🔍 Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, if provided by the carrier.
Tracking information represents the official and current status of the shipment.
🌐 Customs & Import Duties (Outside the EU)
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times or additional fees charged by authorities.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products and partially handcrafted components, minor variations may occur in rare cases.
