🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are made individually and produced on demand, special conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read the following information carefully.
❌ No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products
Our products are not stock items. Each order is produced individually (e.g., artwork, size, material, framing).
Under Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods made to the customer’s specifications.
This means cancellation of the purchase without reason within 14 days is excluded.
This applies to all deliveries within the European Union.
This exclusion only applies to change-of-mind cancellations and does not affect your legal warranty rights in case of defects or damage.
⏱️ Order Cancellation Before Production
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
In this case, we will refund the purchase price in full.
Once an order has entered production, cancellation or refunds are no longer possible.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:

the item was delivered damaged

damage occurred during shipping

you received the wrong item

the product has a printing defect or production error
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or correction in accordance with applicable law.
